Southeast Asia's leading super app. As a PM in Trust & Safety, I led a cross-functional team to keep users safe across road safety, in-person incidents, text harassment, and identity verification — with minimal service disruption.

• Drove adoption of AudioProtect (safety audio recording), including proactive activation in risky scenarios, increasing regional adoption.
• Led "co-location safety alert" to flag ride risk from passenger/driver locations, raising incident detection rate regionally.

Owned the Bambu API Library — the core APIs powering robo-advisory platforms (500k requests/month).
